We work from one office at 10 N Main St, Suite 5 in Chagrin Falls. Cleveland, Akron and Hudson are roughly 35–40 minutes; Canton and Warren about an hour. On-site installations and equipment help are a normal part of the service rather than an escalation. We are not claiming a storefront in every city — we are claiming we will get in the van, which is more than most processors will do.
If your business is outside these markets, ask anyway. Summit, Stark, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Portage, Lake and Trumbull counties are all inside a reasonable drive.
