Cloud9 processes your payments and is your first call for anything TableTurn: a printer that stopped, a menu change, a question about a report, a rate review. We are in Chagrin Falls and we come on site across Northeast Ohio.

Reach us

  • Call or text 1-855-297-6722. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern, with after-hours support for equipment that is down.
  • Send a message for anything that can wait until the next business day.
  • Spanish and Arabic language services are available.

Have this ready

  • The station or handheld involved and what was on the screen.
  • The order number or table, if the question is about a specific check.
  • A photo of the error if there is one.

Feature requests

If TableTurn does not do something your floor needs, tell us. We pass requests to EPI's product team, and questions raised during EPI's training sessions are logged as candidate features. The takeout page lists what has been asked for and is not built yet.
